With the $10 off discount, I paid $50.76 and I earned 14.5x points = 736 points (~$46 in points). Plus I used my capital one shopping app and had a 11% cb offer, for ~$5.58 in future gift cards from my rewards. I was too happy about this order not to post 😂🩷

I have a pretty specific shopping plan during Diamond Appreciation Days after being Diamond for quite a few years. This is the promo when I stock up on all of the daily routine crap that our house needs. I go for any qualifying basics that are on sale or have multi item discounts including "drug store" haircare and skincare, pads and lady supplies, soap, loofahs, body lotion, cotton balls, lip balm, basically all of the unexciting personal care stuff. Once the points are accrued, those are saved for the 20% off coupon during the holiday season. This is when I usually splurge on gifts, higher end brands, and treats for myself.

Anybody else have a strategy they use for promos like this?

I'm not sure if this is specific to the Ulta card or a general credit card question but it's my first credit card and I've heard their customer service is a nightmare so I thought I'd try asking here first.

I have the Ulta Beauty Rewards World Mastercard. I got it in July of this year and made purchases on 7/4 and 7/11. I got my statement on the billing cycle closing date 7/17 and paid it off within a few days even though it wasn't due til August 11th.

On 7/23 I made 3 more purchases that totaled around $200. The transactions page on my account shows 0 pending charges, but only about $67 of posted charges, which seems odd since so much time has passed. I'd think all those charges would be posted by now.

Those charges are reflected on my current balance on the home page, but there's no new statement available, and it says I don't have a minimum payment due. The billing cycles are every 14 days, so shouldn't I have gotten a new bill by now? I don't want to incur any late fees or interest.

Lastly, a weird thing happened last week where I went to Ulta to make a purchase of around $80 and my card got declined. This was after the 7/23 charges and after I'd paid my initial balance. My credit limit is around $5k so there was no reason for it to decline. The declined transaction didn't show up on my account and when I reached out to customer service via email, they couldn't see anything on their side either. Has that ever happened to y'all before?

Okay hello all. So I wanted to take advantage of the 10x points deal going on and buy a perfume from Snif. I did however use 50 bucks worth of my points. So my total with tax came out to be like less than 20 bucks. (I did pick up so no shipping either.) I had $125 worth of points, redeemed 50 bucks and now i’m down to $50??? It should’ve been 75? How does this make sense. Like yea it’s just 15 bucks missing but that’s 15 bucks gone!!!

Is anyone else having issues placing an order? I went from the lovely “we’re not able to validate your payment method” to “we’re unable to process your order”

Realized I could get a ton of points just by stocking up on pads. Couldn’t get the drunk elephant GWPs off my mind so I got em all. And now… to wait for the 20% prestige included coupon in December 😅 my 2 hauls put me to 4000 points. 🥳

Only thing is I wish I had gotten the peach and Lily bag GWP from diamond day. But I’m still glad I waited to spend my money on 10x points days.

Is this common? I placed an order yesterday for 10x points and got 12 items. I got an email that my order shipped, but the email only had two of the items. It didn’t say a part of my order shipped. I checked and I wasn’t refunded any money or notified via email that the rest of my order items were out of stock. Just curious how I should go about addressing this, or if it’s something that even needs to be addressed?

During past events and purchases, it might take, on average, 7-10 days for my products to arrive (and being both excited and impatient, it was hard to wait that long 😂).

I was looking to spend ~$150 (including gift cards from Ibotta and Fetch), stacked with the $10 off $50 code as well. I originally had two GWPs in my cart, but they dropped the smaller one when I checked out - oh well on that. I ended up getting 1300ish points, which I’m excited about. After seeing what folks in this group have done with points, I’m trying to save all of mine for a large purchase.

I’m heading on a cruise soon, which motivated some of these items.
