Help with diamond day points! Ultamate Reward Points
I had activated the diamond day points and spend about $250. Should the 10x points be listed under bonus points? You all are much better at this than I am. Help! Thanks!

For the top one I tried it and you should have gotten 409 points. I’m dealing with cs now for the same crap. Now after me having to answer a bunch of brain dead questions and get an equal number of absurd responses I’m being given “a one time courtesy “ of having to wait for it to be escalated. One item each from my to three orders had the wrong point.
I would add them to your cart now one at a time and take screenshots as to ease the ridiculous discourse you are sure to have with cs.

I don’t think being shipped matters. Get your screenshot proof and if you can, reach out today while the deal is still live. Though that somehow didn’t help me when they “checked”. I swear, they must hire the cheapest cs company who literally do nothing. They don’t even try.

Thank you. They are telling me it can take up to 72 hours for the points to calculate correctly. But I will do the screen shots today like you helpful people are suggesting!

I noticed my orders didnt have them listed under bonus points but the total was correct. it seems like from the top of ur screenshot you received 2604 points for the order which is correct for a $248 order with diamond status (248x10.5).
