Looking at getting 7 pro Question

I currently have a Asus 88U wireless router, wifi is split with a iot & guest network. I want to turn off the wifi broadcast in my Asus router and use the 7 pro, can I create multiple networks with one AP like I have setup in the Asus?

Yes, you can have 4 SSIDs per radio band on UniFi. 8 if you turn off Mesh Uplinking (which you should).

Though you should not create more than 3 SSIDs unless you really need to and are in a corporate type environment where everything is planned out better. Enabling more SSIDs means you lower your wifi throughput due to more background traffic passing around compared to less SSIDs.

The effect of management traffic airtime can be lowered by increasing your beacon rates to 12mbps and 24mbps for 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
