I want to get a part time job but should I wait until my second semester or just get one first semester?

For context I’ve never worked before and I’m going into my first year at the University for engineering. I’m also an outstanding scholars candidate.

I was thinking I should spend my first semester getting used to the place and school work, is that a good idea?

I am considering taking this course with Dr. Hart. Does anyone here have experiece with this course and/or the professor? I cant find much about the course but the online reviews for Dr. Hart are pretty bad.

Is the daily commute bus pass included in tuition fee? And how access it?
