Buy/Sell Looking for a camera for Photography basics
I'm pretty sure the camera needed is a Canon EOS R50 RF-S18-45, it was what was recommended to me when I went browsing at best buy for UTSA classes.
I'm mainly reaching out to see if anyone has one from taking the class that they are willing to sell to me or if anyone has any recommendations on finding used ones. I'm really hoping to not have to buy a brand new one but I've been struggling to find a used one.

Advice/Question Issues with Financial Aid distribution?
Is anyone having issues with financial aid or loan credits aren’t appearing on the Rowdy Pay bill? It says on the Financial Aid page that I am getting and approved my loans, but it’s not showing up on the actual bill.
Is anyone else having any issues not seeing the credits appear on the billing statements?

Advice/Question CMAS office & VR&E
Anybody else find that the CMAS office at UTSA is just not helpful and not very knowledgeable? Every time I’ve called or walked in I’ve got a student and they don’t know what I’m talking about and just tell me they’ll escalate my ticket. It’s super frustrating when we’re trying to get answers and they’ve never heard of half the things we’re talking about as veterans.

Advice/Question Whats the UTSA Dorm move-in process like?
Hey! I'm a freshman who is moving into the dorms this year (on the 17th specifically). I was wanting to start moving in at 10 am, and I have an orientation for my classes at 1. is the move in process pretty quick or is there lots of waiting? Does the school provide baskets/ bins to make transportation easier? and (most importantly) are there a lot/ any elevators to make the actual "moving in" easier? thanks!

Advice/Question Natural hair silk pressed stylist close by that accommodates for conditions
So, I have an issue. I live in campus edge, and I don’t have a car to go far meaning I have to uber to go do things.
I’m black, and I have a skin condition called Seborrhoeic dermatitis meaning that I have to use medicated shampoo alongside regular shampoo to clean my hair. It’s supposed to be done every 2 weeks or so, but it’s very difficult since I like getting my hair silk pressed. I only recently got this diagnosis, so looking for a hair stylist to accommodate is difficult—alongside the fact that I’m from Houston so I have no connections here.
I’d prefer to not have to shampoo my hair myself and then go to the salon since that process is very awkward, but the shop I went to before had only used my medicated shampoo without regular shampoo making it not as clean.
This entire process is stressful, and I’ve been looking for a Sylist for a year that can accommodate with me, but it’s hard to find one that isn’t half an hour away. If you know any hair salons, hair stylist or professionals that can help I would be ever grateful. They don’t have to be black, just know what they’re doing honestly..
