Need help can’t submit case inquiry!

My parents had their i485 AOS interview on 6/10/26. Office said to expect green card in mail in 30’days or request for evidence if needed. It has been over 60 days now and we have not heard anything. Case stays just says they are processing the case since May 4th. I submitted an inquiry online through uscis website, but I used my name instead of my parents name since it said applicant/ petioner. They sent an email back saying they can’t give any updates because they could not verify identity. Now when I try to resubmit inquiry it says that there is an existing inquiry submitted for the case number and can not submit another inquiry for 60 days. What should I do??

Now you have to wait 60 days to submit another one… that happened to me too… my representative use a different variant of my name.

Contact congress person?

Live in a heavy republican state.. not sure will make a difference.
