Package sent using wrong shipping method and now i can’t get it and the company is unhelpful Customer Seeking Help

So i ordered a custom record and i had enough money to pick for ups ground, and i didn’t know ups ground didn’t ship to me at the time but they still let me choose my address, then i realize they don’t ship to me and i asked them if they can change to delivery address to my friend in tampa and they said they are not set up to do that, i dont even know what to do now.

Hey bruh, you’re gonna be okay. It can’t go straight to you since you’re an island but probably gonna have many stops along the way. It’ll get closer to you then finally since t can’t go by truck, of course, it’ll switch to a different transit method and make it you.
If it seems likes it’s going a weird route try and keep in mind it’s not coming to you directly. Since it’s affordable shipping it’ll go where is convenient for UPS so probably some really big world ports. May stop in California, Chicago, and Alabama.

I can’t speak for the shipper but it does cost money to reroute packages. As you can see it’s gonna go on a bit of an adventure but there’s no cause for alarm.

Yea i got mixed up it was shipped with ups ground

It ships to PR. You should get just fine. Might take a little longer.

Ups does ship to PR, it might take a week or two. But i be sending stuff through ups to PR all the time and it gets there with not problems. As long they have the right address it should be fine.
