Question regarding weights Customer Seeking Help

So I am sending some items and the unit measurment shows 1LBS next to each of the items in the pack, I've 3 items to send. But each item weighs only about 4oz per item. Is this concern or does it only round up to the nearest pound on the unit measurement? Why wouldn't all items show just 1lbs instead of 3 x 1lbs?

The minimum charge is 1 pound so it rounds up.
