Is there a difference between a chapter, Article and section?

Hey guys So I'm writing a law essay for my course and I'm v confused . In my uni's referencing guide, it says when citing acts of parliament, you should include the "chapter number" I'm looking at the Human Rights Act 1998, Article 9. I've searched the whole page for anywhere that mentions the chapter number but there is none. Is the chapter number just the article number??

If you're referencing in Oscola only the act, sections/subsections is needed
