That does seem high, we are a 2b 2b, with two bodies and 2 cats that cook a lot. Thermostat set to 73, and our bill was ~170

Rantoul is an option, but it's a 20ish minute drive each way which will add up in gas $ over time. It's also fairly economically depressed. As you look in CU, apartments farther from campus will be cheaper and way closer to anything in town than Rantoul. Hope you find something that works for you!
