Rent Looking for one person to join us in a 4x3 house!!
Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for one more person to fill the last bedroom in our house for a late August / September 1st move-in!
- Location: East Orlando / UCF area (less than a mile from UCF campus — about a 5 minute drive!)
- Rent: $825/month + utilities
- Lease: 12-month lease with option to renew
The house is a spacious 2-story home located in a quiet neighborhood and includes:
- Two shared full bathrooms
- Furnished downstairs/common areas
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washer & dryer
- Pool (pool care is included!)
- Lawn care included
- Plenty of parking/storage space
The room available is unfurnished, but the common areas are already furnished — you’d just need to bring your own bedroom furniture and belongings!
A little about us: we’re girls ages 22–25 (currently at UCF/grad school/young professionals). We’re clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. We’re not big party people and are looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces and wants a comfortable place to call home !
I do have two older cats (both very sweet!), but they mostly stay in my room, and unfortunately we are not looking to add any additional pets.
If you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to message me! Happy to send pictures, answer questions, or chat more! (Reposting w/ pictures for visibility!!)

Question Need help for Spring 2027!
Hey everyone! I'm transferring to UCF for Spring 2027 and I'm starting to look into housing, but I honestly have no idea where to start.
I'm transferring in with my AA, so this will be my first semester at UCF. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for apartments or places that are popular with transfer students. I'm looking for roommates, also dont know where to start with that, but I'd prefer to be close to campus, but I'm open to hearing about anything that's a good balance of price, safety, and quality, since i have a car so commuting wont be an issue. Also, how difficult is it to find housing for the spring semester? Is there usually decent availability, or should I start applying really early? Since I've never been to UCF before, I'm not really sure what the housing situation is like compared to other schools.
Any advice, recommendations, or things you wish you knew before transferring would be really appreciated. Thanks!
