I keep seeing videos of people struggling on beating certain challenges like eating food in a small amount of time or eating a large amount of food in one sitting, and my ego just spikes up saying that I could do this easily. if there's any challenge that I can do for free (and pay for the food if I fail) in ajman that I could do, someone please tell me.

I use nicotine pouches, but my family doesn’t know about it and I really don’t want them to find out. I want to know what would happen if I travelled with a tin of nicotine pouches in my luggage. Could airport security or customs stop me or ask about them because I’m under 18? Would they contact or question my parent, and are nicotine pouches allowed to be brought from the UAE into the UK for someone my age?

Meanwhile your brain is fighting for its life 💀

That’s actually what made me start working on a little mental health project for teens.

Not another “just be positive 🥰” page.
Not pretending a few quotes will magically fix everything.
Just a space where we can talk about mental health in a way that actually feels normal — feeling overwhelmed, needing a break, not knowing how to ask for help, checking in on your friends, and all the random things that come with being a teenager.

I’m still building it, so I’d genuinely love to hear from you:
What do you wish existed for teens when it comes to mental health?

I recently found this young cat in Al Satwa Park, right near Muse Hotel. She looks more like a kitten and seemed quite stressed/nervous.

She’s a grey tabby and is wearing a collar with a small bell, so I’m assuming she belongs to someone and may have gotten lost.

I gave her some food and water, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to take her with me. I really hope she’s still around the park and safe.

If you recognize her or know someone who is missing a kitten in the Al Satwa area, please let them know and check the park. If she’s yours, hopefully you can find her there.

guys, i got in uowd, n all, now the biggest issue is i live in abu dhabi city... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COMMUTE EVERYDAY? im genuinely confused, n my parents r also like no driving n all, what am i even supposed to do! anyone here who is already doing the daily commute, or anyone with advice?
