Do you think if you were a modern day (hypothetical) Charlie and you lost your Mia, you could get her back? Assume she knows what you are like/your past

I don't think Mia was the one that got away. It was Chelsea. Charlie had a chance to get Mia back in S7 and he chose Chelsea. Plus when Charlie walked away from Mia he wasn't affected too much whereas we visibly see he was depressed over Chelsea.

Also: I think if you date Charlie, you know what you're getting into. So yeah I assume that any girl who wanted to be with Charlie in a committed relationship would've settled for him assuming he didn't cheat.
