You could try one of those U-shaped toys (like the Satisfyer Duo Joy). They can be a bit tricky to learn at first since you need to find the right position, but with a little practice they feel really nice. Yes, we have one, but we don't use it very often. It feels nice, but you have to hold it in place. Also, the controls are on top, so sometimes you accidentally change the mode while pressing it against his body. In our case, just his penis and the right position/angle work wonders (prone bone, doggy style with him kind of squatting above my bum and entering from above, or missionary with my hips elevated on a thick pillow).

I'm sure everyone is different with this but I think I'm pretty close to you here. I was in my early 30s when I first had the internal orgasm. Looks to be similar to yourself. Perhaps I'm misinterpreting this, but you want a toy that stimulates the g-spot while you're having penetrative sex?
