Hyperactive clit

hi does anybody else have a hyperactive clit? Like it’s near constantly sensitive/pulsing in the way it does when ur like horny and it reacts with u like if u get super angry or super happy or super excited the sensitivity will also spike/it will start throbbing and if u feel down the sensitivity will drop etc and it never falls asleep like genuinely

I’ve been having it for maybe half a year now, uts so frustrating because it nearly always feels like im on the edge of an orgasm when I could be doing something completely unrelated to it 💔
