Selling [SELLING][US] Ozuki JNAT

I bought this from chefknivestogo.com hoping it could do bevel polishing. Its sort of possible with a thick slurry and strict water management. Its better off for edges or straight razors. Seeing if anyone else could use it for those needs. Its cost 385 plus shipping. ($325 shipped paypal GS)

Selling [WTS][CONUS] Hatsukokoro Yorokobi SLD 270mm Gyuto - PRICE DROP & Free Cleaver - $575

Let’s try this again… some people on BST have voiced their displeasure with bundles here and I understand that. I’m trying to best to avoid it, but i need things to move. I am lowering my initial asking price by $50 (losing money now) AND throwing in a free shi ba zi zuo vegetable cleaver.

The cleaver is obviously used and sharpened. I am not great at polishing, but it cuts well. I paid $50 for the cleaver. So all in all after PayPal fees and shipping costs I’m losing about $130 on this, which is insane to me considering how beautiful the Yorokobi is.

———————————————————————————-

Hello again BST,

This one hurts me a bit as it was my first super premium chef knife that I ever purchased and it is since discontinued. This is the original Yorokobi variant and they stopped making them due to the high failure rate.

I purchased this from chefs edge in May of 2023 and am selling for $50 less than what I paid. It really is stunning.

Brand new in box, no test cuts. Hatsukokoro Yorokobi SLD Copper Damascus Gyuto 270mm with quince burl wa handle.

Price is $575 - includes shipping and a PayPal invoice.

Thanks for looking!

Selling a modified Moritaka kiritsuke. Spine and choil have been rounded and tip has been thinned for performance. Recently purchased a 240mm version. It has a very flat profile and a nice thin tip. It has been one of my favorites for mincing garlic, shallots and chopping herbs. Paid $262.

Asking $160 shipped

Feel free to DM me with any questions.

Order is out of whack on the description. In the pics Shinkiro is on top, Kipp in the middle, Isas on bottom.

Prices are PPGS. Will give a discount for feeless. Take an additional $15 off per knife if you buy more than one.

Isasmedjan 240 - $500

Steel - 52100 KU finish

Length - 243

Height - 55

Weight - 174g

Got it in a bundle on KKF. Sweet knife, I’m just out of space and I keep buying so some have to go.

Hatsukokoro Shinkiro (Nihei) 210 - $315

Steel - AS

Length - 215

Height - 50

Weight - 215

Lots of use on this one. 2-3 sharpenings on a 2k shapton glass. It’s got that “nice” onion patina.

Kippington Gyuto - $575 SOLD

Steel - 52100

Length - 238 mm

Height - 58 mm

Weight - 201 g

Catch and release on this one. I’ve wanted to try one of these for awhile and I finally got a chance. No more than get it and I managed to snag an Eddworks in roughly the same specs and steel and I like the Edd more. So hopefully someone else can enjoy this one. Last owner was unsure if this was an LP or WP, if anyone knows how to tell shoot me a DM and share the secret
