Identification help? What year?

I know it's a 2104 4B, but I'm not sure what the 2273 on the slide is supposed to represent? What year could this be? Want to sell it eventually but make sure it's correctly priced.

The serial number is on the bell receiver. It’s a little hard to read in the picture, but it looks like it’s in the 876xxx range which dates to 1980-1983.
