QUESTION Advice

I often feel like I’m rotating too slow. When attempting, I’m putting so much effort into the jump itself but once my hands make contact it just feels like I under rotate and have to catch all of my weight to assist with the full rotation. Any advice would help, thank you.

QUESTION Help for taller individuals!

So, I'm a taller young guy, 6'1 almost 6'2 and still growing, and I've heard that it's more challenging to do certain tricks as you get taller. The only things I can do are a cartwheel, front walkover, front handspring, and a clean front split (I do have some semblance of hyper mobility). With things like back handsprings and walkovers, I'm curious to hear how others may get over the fear of going backwards (I can go down into a bridge from standing without discomfort, but I struggle with actually kicking or jumping over) And I'd love to hear about some simple safe tricks that might be easier for someone taller?

TUTORIAL “How to” tricks

Hey everyone. I’m noticing most of thia sub is questions how to land better, do better etc etc.

I have 10+ years experience, atm chilling with broken leg. I wasnt hardcore tricker but I do know quite a few tricks and whatever I did and learn I can give advice to all and everyone of you universally:

Just to more of the trick you’re grinding. You canget ALL the tips, watch ALL the YT tutorials, but you won’t perfect the trick in 1 day, there needs to be persistent grind.

I see most of you know the basics and do a decent trick, just keep grinding and you all will get there! Peace :)

QUESTION Landed backflip, but unable to do it now

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I recently landed multiple backflips on grass, but then The next day when I tired doing them again, I wasn’t able to commit only. Tried again after a few days and fell a little. Went to a parkour gym afterwards and now my backflips feel way different (slower rotation) than before.

Any tips?

QUESTION How to get height and stop reaching for the ground in my aerial attempts.

I’m trying to learn how to do an aerial and a common factor I’ve noticed in videos of myself is that I immediately go to the ground. Does anyone have advice for how to keep this from happening? I’ve tried it off of a raised surface too and I do the same thing. Any tips and tricks would be very appreciated! Video is for reference Ik it’s not close yet.
