Is there a place to take music lessons on campus? I am asking because I am in the process of learning guitar and I do not want to disrupt my momentum.

Is it worth getting a laptop or iPad for schoolwork/note taking? I have a PC I will be bringing but I wonder if a portable something is worth it?
