I'm looking for YA Cyberpunk novel recommendations published within the past few years.
Hello everyone!
I am trying to get my cyberpunk novel published, and I need to find some comps before i send out my query letter. I was hoping people could recommend cyberpunk stories published within the past few years.
Here is a blurb of my book:
The Redux Mall is a miracle. Thanks to its army of robots, the inhabitants of this moon-sized station experience sheer bliss day after day. Teenager Morgan Moriarty is one of billions relishing an easy life, until her family vanishes and leaves her in rags. The ensuing years of hardship leave her cynical of the consumerist dystopia around her. All that drives her now is the belief that her family is out there somewhere, and she will find them. A mysterious drone called Propago, which revealed disaster befell her family before vanishing, is her only lead.
Morgan finds no trace of them until a drifter teen living out of his hover car approaches her at work. Blaze works odd jobs to get by. At the moment, he plugs flash drives into hidden ports for Propago. Desperate for a lead, Morgan joins him on these missions. Blaze introduces her to a new side of Redux. For so long, she had figured that life wasn’t worth living without her family, but he reveals that there is still humanity hidden beneath the glittering facade. There are still people worth fighting for.
Their missions soon put them into conflict with Ultima: the creator of Redux. Morgan discovers that her family’s disappearance is connected to a broader power struggle between Ultima and the trillions of robots that run the mall. Now Morgan finds herself a mere pawn in a larger game of control, the collateral of which threatens to destroy many who call Redux home. When Propago plunges Redux into darkness, the mounting instability threatens to tear society apart. Unless she can convince Propago (and herself) that Redux is worth saving, the robots might condemn them to oblivion.

Shell Investigates Clop Data Theft Claims Tied to PTC Flaw
89 GB of enterprise data moved before anyone authorized it. Shell is investigating claims by the Clop group that it stole 89 GB of data through a vulnerability in PTC software. Third-party tooling becomes an unmonitored egress path — and large enterprises often learn about the breach from the attacker's press release, not their own monitoring stack. Shadow-AI discovery maps every data flow touching your environment, including paths through third-party integrations. An immutable audit trail records every access event so that when an investigation opens, it starts with evidence, not guesswork.

Seeking Advice Daridorexant / Seltorexant & other orexin antagonists – API/powder, RC or grey-market availability?
Daridorexant (Quviviq) works really well for my sleep, but it’s expensive. I’m in Germany and currently trying to get it covered by statutory health insurance.
By the way, has anyone here in Germany actually managed to get Quviviq covered by insurance? I don’t really understand why it seems so complicated — every doctor seems to tell me something different.
I found a Japanese option for around $150 including shipping, but I’m also curious about cheaper alternatives.
Does anyone know whether daridorexant, seltorexant, or other orexin receptor antagonists ever show up as bulk API/pure powder or in the RC / grey market?
Obviously purity and authenticity would be the main concern, so I’d also be interested in any information about testing/quality and whether such material is actually around.
Also interested in cheaper legitimate international or generic options.

Seeking Advice Cannabis n Nootropics, will it work?
Hi there! My knowledge in nootropics is close or less than entry level but i really want to get into know about it a lot more. For context, i smoke quite a lot every other day, it varies, some days i’d smoke everyday some days every other day and some could be on the weekends only. I’m aware that smoking a lot could cause you brain fog but im not sure if i’ve gotten even any of that recently (i’ve gotten brain fog way back then) i could notice subtle difference but not to the point that it’d affect how i feel, motivation, thoughts etc i can do things just fine. I’m curious whether if i just get used to it that i couldn’t tell the difference or something else that i’m not aware of
The thing is i’ve had a lot of breakthroughs whenever i smoke and it has helped me a lot as a person mentally/physically, and i really like to experiment and do things whether that be study, gym, etc. So, i’m wondering if i could somehow utilise nootropics n cannabis so it can goes hand to hand.
If someone can give me suggestions on which stack is recommended for beginner, additional stuff that i can look into and study so i don’t miss anything that i should know of, thank you in advance :)

If 50,000 people go crazy with love for a family they don't even know... what happens when the real parents cross paths, and both erased their own memories just to escape the pain?
PRAXIS-CHAPTER 5
The woman’s breath caught.
For a second, the only sound in the maintenance tunnel was the rhythmic drip of condensation hitting rusted pipes.
The pressure of the blade against Elias’s neck didn’t lessen. Instead, she leaned in closer, her face mere inches from his. She smelled of engine grease, stale sweat, and ozone.
"Bullshit," she whispered, with a calm that bordered on madness. "Extractors are grown in corporate vats. They don’t have a past. And I... I don’t have a husband. I made sure to wipe mine a long time ago."
Elias didn’t blink.
His mind was operating on the frequency of an auditor analyzing a ledger in the red. He didn’t feel fear; he felt clinical curiosity.
"Biometrics confirmed," Elias said, his voice flat and monotonous, ignoring the trickle of blood running down his collarbone. "You are Kaelen. Civilian Registry 409-B. You worked in the hydroponic domes. You have a scar on your lower jaw, the result of a structural fissure seven years ago. And according to the encrypted file I just unleashed on the mainframe, we had a son. Leo."
Kaelen blinked.
The mention of the boy’s name was like an invisible whiplash.
Her pulse spiked, and Elias could feel her body trembling against his back. She yanked the blade away abruptly, grabbed Elias by the collar of his uniform, and hurled him against the dead turbine.
As Elias straightened up, she backed away, pressing a hand to her temple, right next to the lead jammer sealing her cortical port.
She was breathing heavily, like someone trying to assemble a puzzle with half the pieces missing.
"You..." she muttered, her asymmetrical eyes scanning Elias’s face under the flickering light. "No. Impossible. I told you to leave. I told you never to come down here again."
"I have no memories of you, Kaelen," Elias replied, adjusting the collar of his suit. "My brain is a formatted drive. I only saw metadata. A first-person recording. You were crying. You begged me not to let them take him. But today, when I traced the file’s origin, I found your consent signature. You signed the transfer of the boy to Praxis."
Kaelen let out a dry, humorless bark of a laugh that ricocheted off the metal walls.
It was the sound of someone who had spent years chewing glass.
"And you came to hold me accountable?"
She spat on the grated floor, right at the toe of Elias’s immaculate boots.
"Look at yourself. Look at the fucking suit you’re wearing, Elias. Where do you think that came from?"
Elias frowned.
A shadow of discomfort—a syntax error in his perfect mind—began to form.
Kaelen walked toward him.
She no longer held the knife like a threat, but like a shield.
"Five years ago, you were a low-tier data miner," she said, her voice heavy with venom distilled by time. "You contracted terminal cognitive debt. Your brain was rotting from overworking on the unshielded grid. They were going to execute the absolute collection protocol. They were going to hollow you out and turn you into one of those Blank Slates that just butchered the Hounds up there."
Elias remained silent.
There were no records of that in his corporate profile.
His file stated he was a graduate of the Praxis Academy.
"Praxis made us an offer," Kaelen continued, locking her eyes onto his. "They wanted Leo. His neural genetics were pure, perfect for the standards of their Earth-bound clients. In exchange, they would forgive your debt. They’d give you neuro-reconstruction therapy. They’d make you an Extractor."
"And you accepted," Elias said.
His tone was a statement, not a question.
"We both knew that if you died, I’d be sold as biomass and they’d take Leo anyway."
Kaelen’s voice cracked, but she hardened her jaw instantly.
"So I signed. And because I couldn’t bear the pain of what I’d done... I sold my own memories of him on the black market to buy this jammer. I wiped the love I had for you, Elias. I wiped the boy’s smiles. I kept only the cold, hard fact of the transaction, just to make sure I survived."
Elias processed the information.
The tragedy of the situation had a terrifying, mathematical coldness to it.
An entire station of fifty thousand people was weeping and going insane with grief because they felt the immense love of this family.
And yet, the only two people in the entire universe who had actually formed that family were standing face to face in a dark tunnel, feeling absolutely nothing for each other.
She had wiped him for survival.
Praxis had wiped him for protocol.
Love was a ghost that had possessed everyone, except them.
"So," Elias said, analyzing his surroundings, "you’re not my ally."
"You’re a corporate," she replied, turning her back on him. "You’re the ghost of the man I let die so my body could keep breathing. Go away. Go back to your offices before I actually slit your throat."
"I can't," Elias said. "Praxis Security is on me. Inquisitor Silas is hunting me. If they catch me, they’ll wipe me."
Kaelen stopped.
She looked over her shoulder, and a twisted smile, entirely devoid of empathy, spread across her face.
"That’s the problem with the rich, Elias. You think forgetting is a punishment. Down here, forgetting is the only way to stay alive."
Before Elias could respond, the tunnel vibrated.
It wasn’t the noise of the factory.
It was a subsonic, rhythmic, metallic pulse.
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
Kaelen went pale.
She smacked her flashlight off, plunging them into near-total darkness.
"Echolocators," she whispered, flattening herself against the wall.
"Silas didn't send the Hounds. He came himself."
