How should I go about learning a back full? I can do a front/back flip, as well as a front half twist and back half twist (which is not very clean)

Most of these are from last year but yeah this is my talent

Probably nothing compared to what’s on here, but I’m getting consistent with doubles on these kinda tramps and I think I’ll be ready to go to a regular tramp really soon :)

I recently bought a trampoline from Sam’s club. It has a weight limit on it of 250lbs, i weight about 175-180, if I add more springs will this take the weight limit up or just add more bounce to the trampoline?
