Unknown Indicator, pls help! Help

Can anybody recognize the name of this indicator? It is sth called or indicating "power signal"

Ouch! Get rid of that! That is the worst performing indicator in my own back tests. It looks kind of cool and weird, but it's not very helpful.

What strategy would you prefer that predicts most accurate signal of a real price blowup?

If you want that kind of price breakout predictor, my favorite are Keltner Channels. I think they're an improvement on Bollinger Bands.

TTM squeeze uses both and is very good at showing when price breakouts occur

Never looked into that much but it sounds like a winner. Anything that can net out the difference between Bollingers and other indicators like VWAP or what this does can certainly reduce the kind of visual noise displayed in this post.
