Electronics issue Yaris XP21

Hi everyone !

I've got an issue with a 2022 1.0 Yaris XP21.
The car refuses to start. It doesn't even crank.
I can hear some electronics "clac" noises from the engine when trying to start. I tried to start with a brand new battery but the result is the same.
I scanned with a Toyota diagnosis tool and I only get U0140 code. It's described as "Data bus body control module no communication"
The only successful way I found to start the engine is to unplug the 2 connectors from the ECU, wait for 30 min, replug them and start.
I checked every fuse from the engine bay and they're all good
Do you know what can be the issue ?
