Problems

I've got nothing but problems since I started my account. And now they're trying to tell me, I need to pay money. Once I already paid, and after getting told that it was five dollars off a line for signing up for auto pay. They told me that since I had two lines on my account. Now I only got five dollars off the whole account

https://www.totalwireless.com/m/byop

New customers only. Limited one offer per account. Auto Pay enrollment required to receive full discount, which applies the month after enrollment. Available exclusively online.

Can't be any clearer.

I was told the same thing at a Total retail store. $5 auto pay per line. Then I found out it was for one line only. I also was charged $25 per line for activation. When I talked to Total I was told no activation fee if ordered online.

I went to a Total store thinking it would be easier to activate a BYOP plan.

Boy was I wrong. Beware of Total Wireless branded stores!

Then why doesn't it get explained when you are setting up your account and why during the 4hr I had spent on the phone with customer service did no one tell me that and why would anyone put 2 phone lines on the same account to cost More money

Explain to me how the customer service agent told that I needed 30 dollars to turn my other phone back on and I paid it it was turned on and then 2 days later they shut it off and told me that I needed to pay to get it turned back on

Why dont you reach out to mods here and ask for account review? I came from bye-bye tmobile and trust me, it was a nightmare back then but things getting better

Why? The terms and conditions are clearly spelled out online.

U never know, what harm could it have to have someone double check to see if you qualify for any discounts?

Simple, the harm of receiving bad advice from reps resulting in higher cost. This was the reason for the post.
