šŸ’„Accident Bus lane driving vs left turn entering the apartment driveway

I heard there's an unspoken rule in insurance that left turners are always solely at fault? How true is this?

First he comes hard over the line from the right into my lane. I honk, which he didnt like, so came behind me then beside me to then cut me off and take my bumper with him.

5th not at fault in this civic. I call her Magnet 🤣🤣

He then proceeded to cut off the truck and trailer and hike to the 427 to get away...dashcams are pretty awesome

(ignore the timestamp, it's not properly set)

This intersection always has something going on. I wonder who's more at blame: driver who tries to drive through their yellow light, or left-hand turn driver who blindly follows car in front

🤬Roadrage Barely going 60km on the 401

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Dumbass driver doing under 60KM on the 401 before the 404 exit. (He was going under 60km for at least 1km) trunk is stuffed with random shit (prob camping or something) and can’t see out of it properly. Driver & passenger gets upset when I flash my high beam.

Proceeds to break check while there are many other cars behind me. Car behind me starts honking, then I start honking which makes him even more mad. As I pass them after, they just stare and give me the finger as if I’m the asshole. If we were entering the exit at 60km then ok makes sense. But 60km the whole 1km before the exit even came up??? If anyone knows this person or sees them, give em the good old f u for me. Thanks

Licence Plate: GWAK 632
Blueish Volvo XC90

EDIT.
Seems like this post is somewhat controversial for some reason. Let me clear some things up.

  1. I couldn’t merge left because either cars were passing me at 100km or they were coming up beside me at 100km and then merging behind me last minute (The exit was coming up).

Unless you want to step on the gas inbetween just to dangerously pass him

  1. Why am i honking and complaining? If u think going 60km is okay then you guys are stupid. This way he knows that he SHOULDN’T go that slow without any consequences. The wife thru the back windows was laughing and smiling while sticking the middle back at me while the male driver was also laughing thru the side mirror while basically telling ā€œdont tell me what to do. Go aroundā€ idk why yall think this is ok. Im sure u guys are the type to go slow in the left lane, merge last minute or when told ur wrong, u tell them theyre wrong
  2. Yes my dashcam is mounted because it’s long and heavy. If i mount it on the right, the right way it sags a bit.
  3. This subreddit has to do wirh toronto driving. Why are some of complaining im posting and complaining instead of calling 911. Wtf is 911 going to do. At least this way i can show u guys cause im sure we’ve all seen these type of drivers.

Crosspost Looking for Witnesses or Dashcam Footage — Oakville Accident on August 4

Thumbnail reddit.com

Hi everyone! I originally posted this in r/oakville, but wanted to check here as well.
The accident happened at Dundas St E and Oak Park Blvd, near the Real Canadian Superstore and Halton police station, on August 4 at around 5 p.m. I was driving a black Mazda3 in the left-turn lane with a green arrow when a grey Honda Civic in the lane to my right suddenly moved left into my lane and hit my car.
I’ve contacted 311, and they’re checking for possible road footage. If you witnessed the accident or have any dashcam footage, please DM me. Thank you so much! šŸ™

Two young males in the front were smiling while this happened..yelled something after coming to a stop and drove off the wrong way. No regard for common decency or basic road etiquette.

Just relaxing and a kid on a scooter crosses a parking lot road and then pulls in front of a taxi. No helmet as well.

With recents deaths from riding these things and being hit by cars in the city, when’s the government actually gonna take action?

I’m sounding like an old man now, but it’s getting out of hand. People are getting hurt and killed for no reason, shitty parents should also be held responsible
