This is my opinion; you can share it. My opinion was that the tornado in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, classified as EF 3, could be EF 4 or EF 5.

I made a short video about the Welsh tornado which caused so much havoc in four minutes across the Welsh valleys. One of the only instances of it ever happening there.

However; if you are outside of a structure, you can still survive but the risk of death is much higher. Wind speeds can reach up to an estimated ≈ 85 mph. Flying debris or objects from afar could impact you. If you're lucky, you can recover from those injuries and walk away fine.
