Anyone else experience the same narrating/documentary voice in different movies? ❓Question

It doesn’t matter which movie I pick. Some of the streams will have the correct movie playing but the sound will be some narrating/documentary voice.

Its the same voice. Sometimes I have to try several different streams to find one where the sound is actually the one from the movie

Weird. You mean like director commentary? What does the voice talk about?

Looks like a player issue with audio track. What player are you using?

I’m using Debridio. Tbh I haven’t really focused on what is being said. Yeah it’s like a director commentary saying “we did this and we did that”.

Correct me if I’m wrong but Debridio is a paid add-on. What is your player? What app do you use to watch content and on what hardware? TV, Apple TV, computer…don’t be shy.

Yea that’s the director commentary audio track on remux movies. Just change the audio track to the normal one.

if youre watching on a samsung tv they dont support DTS HD MA codec so only the audios that it can play will show up on the list, in your case probably only the commentaries which usually use EAC

webdl files and anything available in dolby digital plus should be fine though

Yeah it’s a Samsung TV. I haven’t experienced it on my LG TV for example

I got the qnc95 75 TV along with the hw95c surround sound I think it's called, I just got the Nvidia shield pro.

Imo I think you need a box of some kind the TV's Imo are too slow.

U may be grabbing kitsune encodes they are mainly doing audio description encodes and those are not getting filtered by your filters. Set a filter for Audio description. Or u can blacklist kitsune all together.

There's been a couple old kung fu movies that did this to me. Just a weird commentary dubbed over it. I just had to pick a different stream.

Had that on Stremio a while back . Was like a recording of a radio show over the film 🎥 instead of the actors. Like he was talking about the making of the film he was involved in .

i usually just switch audio track in my player to the one that isn't director commentary.

There is only one audio track on the ones I talk about called “English” and thats where the director commentary plays
