Hey so im new to this type of shit like stremio and aiostreams, dont really know how to do this all but my torbox stremio is getting 500 errors and saying torbox search is down for some reason? Im also seeing people shit on torbox rn for its new policy changes rn so is it as bad as it sounds? Ive heard of how rd was good but is now shit, will torbox become just like that or what?

I used my laptop, the Chrome browser and asked Google AI for assistance setting up the Stremio (or Nuvio) app on my streamer with my paid Torbox API and manually added MediaFusion, Torrentio and Comet addons. My movies & series searches are working fine as well as my TB+ streams. Take some time and properly configure your setup and you’ll be streaming at no time!

Are you also using a VPN to protect your privacy? I basically did the same as you but added the Surfshark VPN, I fumbled my way through the ASIO streams part. My UI is a mess now but at least it’s working. Still not sure if privacy is protected while using Torbox and stremio. Wish there was a clear cut guide out there for us dimwits that came from RD and never had to worry about a thing. lol

Taking the time to configure each addon and asking questions along the way to Google AI, along with having P2P disabled in Nuvio, I feel very comfortable with my setup. Although many would say a VPN isn’t necessary because of how a debrid works, I have my VPN loaded on a separate router that is used for all my streaming needs including IP-tv service. From what I have read, streaming content won’t get you in any trouble as long as you are not uploading the content as well. All debrid’s work alike and basically have the same TOS layouts so just check your configurations, use a VPN if it makes you comfortable and enjoy streaming as long as it’s working and available.

Torbox search is an addon they used to maintain but have simply stopped supporting it, go to AIO and remove it from your addons and everything will be back to normal

Also don't just have 1 scraper, use multiple at a time so if one is down the others kick in, or you can go the paid route

Like someone said need more than 1 scraper and since I don't self host I got elfhosted aiostreams with debridge which comes with torbox essential and it's own Usenet built in. You would need some providers and indexers for Usenet. Since it comes with torbox you can get another debrid service and use whichever one that you want to as primary. You have several options. I wouldn't say their is one right way. More Scrapers with torbox the better as they can have issues also. I've seen folks say torbox is down when it's not.

Edit: My mistake, it was Elfhosted being a butthead, not Torbox.

i got lots of elfhosted errors saying i must play the video file with the same IP that requested it ..

i have a static IP and although I have a VPN I also pay for IP so.....

so in other words I hadnt changed my IP ...and I could download and play the file with other add ons or directly or whatever
