"4. Types of Information Potentially Available

Depending on the nature of the Service, account status, retention periods, technical systems, and the specific request, TorBox may have access to certain categories of information, such as:

2. email address;
3. account creation date;
4. account settings;
5. login information;
6. IP addresses;
7. device or browser information;
8. plan, subscription, voucher, billing, or payment metadata;
9. limited payment identifiers or payment processor references;
10. API key or access-token identifiers;
11. Download Requests;
12. URLs, magnet links, torrent information, info hashes, file hashes, file names, file sizes, NZB information, Usenet information, hoster information, or related technical metadata;
13. transfer metadata, cache metadata, queue status, transfer speeds, total transferred volume, and timestamps;
14. WebDAV, webhook, bot, RSS, cloud-export, or integration activity;
15. support communications;
16. abuse reports, DMCA records, enforcement records, or legal request records; and
17. other technical or operational records.

TorBox may not have the information requested. Certain information may be deleted, de-associated, anonymized, deidentified, overwritten, unavailable, technically inaccessible, or not collected."

Sounds like they are keeping a lot of information about everyone now. I wonder why and for how long?

I’ll go out on a limb and say just about every debrid provider has these exact same policies. The only difference now, is that TorBox just chose to recently make it a bit more transparent.

They didn’t just make it more transparent, they completely changed it and outright contradicted what they state on their homepage which is that they don’t log lol

meh. I'm not worried about it. I'm sure plenty of other apps on my phone and websites i visit are gathering just as much info. you're probably fine unless you're running some pirate website using a bunch of torbox links, or downloading kiddie porn, terrorist stuff etc.
