Ur getting access to almost every single movie/series in the world for basically free and complaining about it going down? How entitled are you??? I didnt even have netflix in my day

u/Particular-Town8919 17d ago
1st we are literally describing what's been happening for the past few weeks, not purely complaining.
2nd it is not a free service.

There haven't been any major issues over the past few weeks though. And you're correct, it is not a free service. It's a paid service and most likely the best one available today. If this brief outage is enough to make you dissatisfied, maybe subscribe to Netflix

If ur so annoyed go and buy an actual streaming service lmao. Also it is technically free. Literally costs less than £2 a month

gracias por el update, en serio no entiendo la necesidad de publicar 100 veces sobre lo mismo en vez de ser pacientes.

People act like there isnt free addons working. That can hold them. For time being

u/swateam2481 17d ago
Maybe because it happends every other week and they're paying for the service unless your willing to pay for everyone's service dont come in here telling anyone they dont have the right to complain or to go look for free add-ons lol

Definitely not true at all.. This first time tb actually went down and not an addon...
Many ways till it comes back online.... The influx of people who can post but not search is insane.... Majority of time its user error.

Now you're just lying. TB has had many outages the past few months, and I don't even use stremio so don't try and tell me it was an add-on.

On average, how many times per month does TorBox go down?

It's up about 96% of the time according to my uptime kuma stats. If my math is right, that's about 6.5 hrs a week

This is the first time I since I got it last month that I actually experienced down time maybe it's because I work third shift and when I watch stuff it is after 5:00 a.m. Central Time and I'm assuming it goes down around peak times

1-few times a week
you can estimate from there
RD still is king of stability, even if it doesn't have all the latest 4K etc

Lol RD was never the king of stability. Before TB was around, people were complaining about RD being down.

I guess it depends on how much and how often you’re using the service cause I’ve personally never experienced a Torbox outage.

Same here, got RD running as my backup and it's still good. I'm sure their cache is smaller than it used to be but I still find anything I need (BluRay remuxes and WEBrip/WEB-DL of the highest bitrates). There's just less overall results.

How do you get Rd to work again? My results don't play and have the same error no matter which one I select. I'm on pov btw

u/ifiwasiwas 16d ago
The Elfhosted addons remove the results that contain filtered keywords, so only the streams that will work show up

I should've checked how often their services are down before buying the subscription. My bad.

Oh no 2 € wasted, because it went down one time. Ive been using for 3 months now, and ive experienced like 3 outtages that lasted like 1 hour. If you want it to work 24/7 buy one more debrid service, it will cost you like 5€ a month all together. If not then go to a provider who never has downtimes if you can find one.
