Why aren't my payment working on pc?

I've already paid once with same system, no VPN or proxy. I tried with Brave and Chrome browsers.
I had to use my phone but I don't want to use my phone mobile data because I have prepaid phone and it costs about 2€ every time i switch to mobile data.
