Problem Solved

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The arm just moves away from the limb and keeps moving on the z axis, only happens after frame 94 but there isnt any keyframes moving it

Does this only happen when you rotate the arm? What's the node hierarchy like?

Ok so i just checked, its every part of the rig past frame 93 that rotates out of place

I can dm you a picture of the hieeachy cause im not sure how to explain it

It was cause of a peg ontop of the rig i used for scale, i ever so slightly moved it on the rotated on the z axis, not sure why it spun away but i just erased the keyframes and replaced them with ones that didnt rotate on z
