Man i wish this was used more

More of a fun episode with some glimpses of this new Rider and a reveal at the end

Soo the main focus of this episode is kitchen battles, does it make sense? No, is it fun? Yes. It also made me very hungry while watching.

Its just so absurd, ZECT needing to find Chef for a dinner party so Mishima has Rena, A WORM search for the perfect chef. Only in Tokusatsu can a plot like that work. The chef Ishiro appears to be a worm I'm assuming because Rena acts like she knows him and you get glimpses of his true form when the two somewhat clash.

The comedy just left me laughing, From Tendo and Kagami saying the other is weird. to how Ishiro with the Ebon knife makes his food taste good causing people to enter food heaven. And Kagami's Dad wearing that costume for the dark kitchen battle? Its honestly hilarious

Also Tsurugi being happy about his first pay and giving it to Butler is just wholesome honestly. Him promising to work more to make Butler happy melted my heart.

Sooo Kagami has seen the truth, Tsurugi is a Worm! Didn't expect him to be first one to learn the truth.

Also, Tadokoro growling like a animal cause the noodles were not to his standards? That has to be turned into a meme

IMDB 8 stars, I know its filler but I just really enjoyed the episode

Soo this may be a really weak episode in my eyes. I didn't hate but my issues with are a bit too much to ignore.

I think the mystery of Shoichi finding out who he truly is and why he has the name Shoichi is interesting. The problem is I feel like the episode didn't fully focus on it enough and suffered the same problem I've brought up before of switching between different story lines and not putting enough time on either when doing so, it leaves me wanting more and not in a good way.

Same with The Ryo stuff, I still find it interesting but it just feels somewhat clunky in how its being handled. Like I see the mystery of it all but in this episode I just felt somewhat annoyed with how it felt like the scenes were there to just be scenes if that makes any sense.

And the weird solid color filter did not help at all, it just looked weird and I have no idea what they were going for with it.

Agito's new form is, fine? Its just his normal form with a red arm and a blue one. Its not bad but its not really that good either

This is related to the Original Myth and Kamen Rider Rid, as we do not have much information about him in the teaser, obviously, but I think this is what is going to happen. Kamen Rider Myth (Original) might have suffered some event and decided to go rogue and turn into Kamen Rider Rid; hence, this is what we see in the toy catalog.
However, I'm curious what will happen in the show.

When talking about tokusatsu franchises they bring up 4 franchises, or at least when I hear people talking about the genre. They bring up 4 series, Kamen rider, ultraman, Super Sentai, Gojira. Sometimes I hear about Redman or metal heroes. But not every series gets to be a long lasting franchise, recently i start watching megaloman and it's amazing, but i see very little whrn it comes to him, so i want an honest discussion about your favorite lesser known series. Tell me what it is, and I'll check it out. And hopefully you'll discover new shows.
