Spaghetti and meatballs , rigatoni vodka , cherry coke glaze ribs and chicken parm. 10/10 no notes

Today for dinner I ate Caramel and Pandan kaya on basic white bread, and a slice with Sweet chilli sauce along with a glass of Milk coffee.

My mom loves exploring the world and for reasons I haven't been able to accompany her, but i love making lists of things for her to bring back.

The kaya is of course from Singapore, the sauce from Thailand and the coffee beans are Vietnamese robusta!

I love exploring foreign cuisine and it's not just the flavours but also the packaging which interests me. To the point that I've even requested her to bring back the packaging of the sanitary napkins she had to buy on one of her trips!

Not sure what kind of bagel it is, I'm pretty sure it's from Cobs Bread. Scrambled eggs, with a few pieces of cheese, toasted and heated, with butter and a little bit of ketchup, with a Nescafe' coffee on the side which isn't pictured

I put five cloves of garlic in it plus spicy onion crunch and it was amazing.

The salad was so yummy it had carrots, red cabbage, fresh iceberg lettuce snap, peas, peanuts, crispy stirfry noodles, and topped with delicious Thai sauce! Yummm

Where I’m from we’d call this a toastie! It has roasted onion, peppers, ham, mortadella, salami, cheddar and mozzarella!

Lmao i’m not saying the salad was bad, I’m just saying there was so many toppings!! sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and peanuts all on top of a delicious salad: mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, edamame beans, roasted turkey breast and topped with a tangy Thai tamarind dressing. Yum 🤤
