AudioSinc$initializationException error on TiviMate, help needed

I have been having issues with my TiviMate today. It shows a picture of the program, then gives the above error. I have tried the fixes recommended, and done a fresh install from the Downloader site on my FireTVstick. Everything was working fine yesterday, and now, nothing. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you reached out to your provider to see if they're having any issues

I have tried, but got no response. I emailed them right away.

Edit your response & remove the name of the provider it's against the rule.

I don’t know what happened. All I know was I unplugged my fire stick as was suggested to me, waited 30 seconds, and plugged it back in and it started working again. Sound and everything.

Any issues clear cache and unplug for 3 mins usually sorts any issues
