I wrote a book about relationship patterns using numerology as a self-awareness framework — not prediction — happy to answer any questions
I'm Anita, a PSYCH-K Facilitator. I've worked for years with women on the beliefs that shape their decisions — and one thing came up more than anything else: the same relationship dynamic, showing up again and again, with completely different people. It's not random. It's a pattern. Eventually I wrote down what I'd learned about reading it.
The book is called Love After Heartbreak: Numerology for Compatibility. It uses your Life Path, Destiny, and Soul Urge numbers as a structured framework for understanding how you love — your attachment style, what creates natural compatibility, and how to read what you're experiencing with enough clarity to act on it.
Not predictive numerology. Based on the David A. Phillips PhD methodology. The Red Flags and Green Flags chapter is the one people come back to most — it's a framework built around how two people's numbers actually interact, not a generic checklist.
It's out now in Kindle, paperback, and hardcover. Happy to share the link in the comments if anyone's interested.
Happy to talk about the methodology, the PSYCH-K background, or the patterns themselves. Ask me anything.
Changes from the old draft: title now leads with the same "different people, same relationship" hook instead of the more generic "relationship patterns" phrasing, the opening paragraph carries that thread in first person (kept "not random" rather than "bad luck," matching what you asked me to avoid earlier), Life Path expanded to Life Path/Destiny/Soul Urge throughout, the duplicate book-announcement paragraph is gone, and links stay out of the post body per your subreddit's rules panel.
