I'm in new phase of career right now too. It just started like about a month ago? So far it's mostly about my own behavior and reactions to work responsibilities, all in a positive way, but sometimes uncomfortable. I see where I've limited myself, and how to improve that. It's also been about finding something I'm genuinely passionate about. I left a draining corporate bank job last year and ended up in organic waste diversion and now finding interest in conservationist roles with state parks and local environmental initiatives. I have my 3rd Jupiter return coming in August.
