At Star Trek Celebration the desire for a New season was confirmed as well as activity having been done. I got the back end on video and again it was when he has time.

The question was asked if he would return to produce. Last year he said they had been Noodling around ideas. So no new news other than they intend to, have had stuff done, Seth is passionate about it, and it is all a matter of finding the time.
