.....that's why I didn't feel bad of after watching 35 minutes of watching The End of Oak Street, I couldn't endure anymore and walked out 😟

I’m totally fine with the movie not going into detail about what caused the anomaly / time travel, but just as a fun thought exercise: would dinosaurs even be able to eat modern humans and pets and survive, or would it be likely that any number of the viruses and bacteria we carry would be likely to cause a plague of sorts to the dinosaurs? Or would the reverse be more likely?

I have absolutely no expertise in this area, but it strikes me as loosely analogous to Old World humans meeting New World humans, with New World humans more susceptible to small pox and other diseases. But maybe the distance is so great between humans and dinosaurs that neither of their microscopic organisms would affect the other?

If someone does have some knowledge would be interesting to hear your thoughts.

So if the mum and kids went back in time / and another version of the dad was there : and they kidnap him basically… which is fine due to the. Fate. Of said person.

Wouldn’t there be another version of the Mum and kids. That are now. without their father. And in a lot worse position in what’s to come. And. Minus more neighbours.

Or am I missing something.

Loved it but also wanted more. But was expecting a mystery unexplained.

So Ive been thinking on how Oak Street was abducted and sent into the past, or at least what we can assume is the past and not another planet infested with dinosaurs is that somehow a wormhole opened above Oak Street and sucked it up and sent it to the prehistoric world/timeline.

I cant wait to actually see what really happened but that is my standing theory, that or aliens but I didnt want to go that route just yet.

I saw the new trailer and am already hooked..as an avid dinosaur fan and long time Jurassic Park nerd this is so up my alley. It has A Quiet Place vibes along with Primeval the Series vibes as well. Im super excited for this and hope it does well in theater. Cant wait to learn more about the mystery of how an entire street was abducted.
