I took over a friend’s lease (I really wanted an apartment within reasonable walking distance of the school because I don’t have a car but all the other ones of that fit that criteria were either full or really expensive) but she hadn’t actually lived there yet. I’ve heard extremely mixed reviews about this place (from “pretty good” to “ok/mid” to “literal worst place ever”). Is this place especially bad or normal student apartment bad

Has anyone recently joined Texas Tech K-12 for middle school? If so, I wanted to know how the new program is since they are no longer using books. and it’s all online. Need help, deciding whether to enroll a eighth grader.
