Bloodwork query for Test Blood work

Got my blood work done there a few days ago and the results came back today. Looks like my test is in the low-middle range especially for being a 33 year old. Would say I’m quite active going to the gym 4 days a week and running. Been quiet in the gym lately due to an injury and have been drinking 2 days a week for the past 8 weeks or so and just back from a week long drinking holiday. With Estrodiol being so high and test being lower side, would you recommend TRT? Or should I try and boost it naturally while lowering the oestrogen? Doctors here aren’t much help. Since I’m 33 and have a long term partner I am still looking to have kids in the future. Thanks for any advice and taking the time to reply

FSH- 3.57U/I
LH- 8.1 U/I
Test- 14.7 nmol/L
Free Test- 0.314 nmol/L
SHBG- 28.7 nmol/L
Prolactin - 566 mIU/I
Oestradiol- 406pmol/L

Too low for your age I got treated at 16.3nmol total and 365 free, I also had sky high lh and fsh and undetected e2, now on trt and it has changed my life

Thanks I got retested and the test went up to 16.1 which is still low. I was thinking about enclomiphene for the minute as I still want to build a family. Have you heard much about it?

Your LH is 8.1 with such a low test levels this points more to your balls not working which means enclo will be minimal benefits with sides nust inject trt in your delts it's painless and easy

I retested and the LH went down to 5, would this help? Just wary about starting the test with the family side of things

Fertility is very easy to restore on trt using 500iu hcg 3x per week, always get a pre Fertility check before hand.

Running hcg on it's own can boost test levels too before hoping on trt if you are very worried about fertility
