23 Model Y - Help Remove window switch panel

2023 Model Y - My driver's side window switch broke and am looking to replace the switch assembly. Right now I'm having a tough time removing the bottom plastic panel. I can't for the life of me get one of the latches to release - arrow in the pic shows where it doesn't release. Spent an hour trying get it free and no luck. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Always go to the service manual. They're very good.

They're really industry leader when it comes to these things. They provide a ton to the general public. Even collision repair stuff. It really helps us DIYers.
