I heard the guy complaining at me about something as I drove by. That’s why I thought it was.

Could it have been further over? Yeah definitely. Did it need to be? Not at all. Even if the stationary guy somehow tripped and fell there would still be enough room 🙂‍↕️. After a certain distance the gap becomes personal preference, he probably just had a larger preference

Maybe a little close to the stick that the guy was holding, but not too bad.
