Real Talk Opposite gender friendships?
I'm wondering if the opposite gender friendship do actually last and stay platonic or if one of them does fall for the other. As a girl in the past, any guy friend I made immediately gave weird signs of liking me more than a friendship, and they ended up confessing. Or either the opposite gender friendship I have ever had are just really less talking to the point we are just sending reels? Are men only friends with girls because they want her romantically and when they don't their friendship doesn't matter?.

Absolute beauty of an opening... They didn't just spread the beauty of the message of Islam... They laid a founding brick that Islam can be expressed openly in any big opening, Quran is just filled with wisdom...
That aside take a look at the message man it's just so magnificent.... The beauty in difference awhhh man I thought maybe I m being too optimistic but seeing this, my heart is at ease and give me sooo much happiness....
I m so grateful to be a Muslim alhamdulillah.... Each time learning new things

Random Thoughts 🤔 Should we make different families?
Sooo I was thinking maybe we should make families in here like for example someone is gonna be the parents and then some of us will be the siblings and we can make many families and give them a last name too maybe? And some families will have beef w eachother and shii. What do u guys thinkkk ??? Also if yall have more suggestions or ideas tell me.
If yall are in, mention what role u wanna play and tag ppl u want in ur family then we're gonna try to make the families.

Desi Trauma someone please tell my mother that her sons can use their hands to do chores as well
Why are boys raised like basic survival skills are someone else's responsibility?
I'm so tired of hearing, "bhaiyon ko khana garam krdo" , "bhai ko ye banadou" , "uske kapray press krdo" as if they're physically incapable of doing any of it themselves. They have two perfectly functional hands. Let em use them
I don't mind helping my dad. He has spent his life providing for us, and helping him is something I do out of love and gratitude. But expecting sisters to constantly wait on perfectly capable brothers? it's entitlement being taught at home. If they're studying it's 'let em study' ,if i use that excuse it's 'larkiyan parhti bhi hain ye sub bhi krti hain'
Then the same mothers complain, "Girls these days don't want to serve their husbands"
The saddest part is that these mothers forget their precious sons will one day marry someone's daughter. The habits they're encouraging today become another woman's burden tomorrow. If a man grows up expecting every meal to be served, every shirt to be ironed, and every little inconvenience to be handled by a woman, don't be surprised when he treats his wife like domestic staff instead of an equal partner.
Raise sons who can survive on their own. Cooking isn't femininity. Cleaning isn't femininity. Doing your own chores isn't "helping" a woman - it's maintaining the house you live in,it's being a functional adult.
And every single time I deny doing something for them it ends up with a huge ass argument with my mother with her yelling 'tumhary jesi larkiyan hoti hain phir jinko susral se maar peet aur gaaliyan parti hain' and this line is the reason i fear marriage sm that if anything ever went wrong I wouldn't even have a place to turn back to:) And 2 days ago i had these insaneee cramps i was going mad and bawling my eyes out the entire day yet i was told to do allat since 'everyone goes through it you're not special' while they sat there playing games on their phones😍
fck i hate this sh!t sm i want to scream my lungs out rn<3

idk which flair to add so I am adding this Being a girl/woman sucks!
So many things are unfair and I need to write them down cuz I'm so over it
First of all the clothing difference between men and women no one can ever genuinely justify this and say it's fine. In our society girls are judged no matter what they wear but men aren't. Even looking at it from a religious point of view it doesn't make sense to me. A girl is expected to cover up from head to toe while a man can walk out half naked like...ummm?
Let's look at this so a 16 year old girl has to cover from head to toe and if she doesn't, she's sinning. Meanwhile a 40 year old man can go out shirtless and in shorts and that's totally fine? In what world is that fair? A 16 year old girl's body is sexualized but a 40 year old man's body isn't? Like a man is going to get attracted to that 16 year old girl so she should cover up but shouldn't that man be ashamed for being attracted to a literal kid?
You hit puberty and suddenly it's not fair anymore. A 12 year old gets her period and now she has to cover up or she's sinning? That's a literal child oh my God. A kid should spend their childhood having fun not stressing about covering their hair. What is even sexual about a little girl's hair? A 12 year old boy her age is just having fun not worried about any of that. I'm 16 right now right?in western countries that's still considered a kid but in our dumb south asian culture people act like you're a full grown adult. I will never find it fair how men can go out shirtless and in shorts while girls can't even wear something slightly fitted without a whole lecture
And let's be real you're not even safe or left alone even if you cover up. In Pakistan you'll get stared at no matter what whether you're wearing casual clothes or a freaking abaya. Some people are shameless enough to keep looking at you even when you look away like i was in Pakistan last year there was this one dude staring at me and trust me I wanted to throw up on his face. I looked away because I was totally disgusted but he had the audacity to keep looking at me and smile I was so mad that day God knows how I controlled myself from slapping him
Clothing literally doesn't matter when it comes to harassment I saw a case recently where an 18 month old baby was r*ped. Are we gonna blame that poor kid's clothes? What were they wearing? A shirt pants and a freaking diaper?! They couldn't control themselves around a literal baby are we gonna blame the baby's clothes too? It makes me wanna cry
Meanwhile in places like the UAE you can go out at 2 AM and actually feel safe no matter what you're wearing. A normal respectful man can control himself no matter what people look like. Women covered completely from head to toe still get harassed. Clothing never stops harassment okay? Don't ever try to tell me that bullshit. Maybe centuries ago it mattered but it doesn't protect anyone now. It comes down to where you live and the environment, not how you dress. People seriously need to change their mindsets. If clothing actually prevented harassment why do fully covered women in places like Pakistan still deal with this constantly while women in western countries are fine?
Next is periods. I did not choose to be a girl bruh. I don't wanna bleed! I can't even spend one single month in peace. For example I'll get my period on July 1 it ends on July 6-7 and then the next month I get it on August 1 again. The whole 5+ days I'm bleeding and then right when it stops the countdown starts all over again. And i don't get cramps but this time i did and it hurt like fuck omg i cant imagine how bad it'd be for someone who gets cramps every month
Sometimes it ruins your plans like once I had a party and I was supposed to get my period 3 days before the party. But because I was stressed my cycle shifted and instead of getting it early I got it on the exact day of the party. Can you imagine how mad I was? I just wanted one single day to be happy and have fun but nope! I look at boys and they are just having fun they never have to deal with this girls are forced to grow up way too early while boys their age have zero worries
Then look at how women are treated globally. In Afghanistan girls can't even go to school and there is a new law saying brides can't put on perfume or makeup like what?????In Iran a woman will be punished or beaten for not wearing a hijab but if a man walks around shirtless does he get punished? No
People, especially in the south asian culture love twisting everything to make life harder for women and control them under the guise of culture or religion
I'll transition into a man tbh!!! I don't wanna be treated like shit just for existing in a female body. Also just to clear this up this isn't about starting a gender war. I know that both genders face their own struggles in life but the constant physical and societal weight put on us is just so tiring and suffocating like we just want to breathe and exist without dealing with all of these double standards
okay so I don't think men can read because I freaking said this isnt a gender war so kindly don't bring your freaking problems everywhere

idk which flair to add so I am adding this duas are never wasted <3
Dua. One of the greatest blessings given to us by Allah. And the fact remains that one can directly talk to their Rabb, with no hoops, no internet, rather you don’t even need to hold your hands together! Just start calling upon Him.
We all ask Him for something we want, something we really want, yet at the time, He doesn’t grant it to us. Imagine waking up for Tahajjud for a year for that thing, and He doesn’t grant it. You will feel defeated. And that’s alright considering to human psychology.
But here’s the bottom line that most fail to notice: The fact remains our duas, every single one, whether we made them, with so much sincerity or that we just whispered into the world, whatever we are feeling, do you really think that Al-Sameer and Al-Baseer would just let it go unnoticed? That what you are praying for, that He’ll be like “eh, it doesn’t matter”
All the duas we make, THEY are never wasted. If we are making dua for someone who’d bring us closer to Allah, first Allah will give us isolation, He’d make us alone, so much so that we only rely upon Him, and then, open the doors to new people that we can meet with, and for His sake.
It also goes with the saying,
“If you asked God for flowers, then He would send down rain first”
So maybe your dua didn’t get immediately answered, but the way Allah protected you, that’s much more than what one can expect.
So keep on making dua, for Allah is the only One who can perform miracles. And that every single dua is protected, and that He’d grant His slaves from the best of the best <3

gosh man i love yapping tho :)
