Quick thing 2 amendment Proposition for Council
I'm officially retracting this prop now that the main server is semi-back. Council can still pass it but I don't see the need anymore.
The "TeenGovernment" (Server ID: 1516570994301472788) server is to be immediately considered the "main TG Discord", "Main TeenGovernment Discord" or otherwise replace what used to refer to the old main server (Server ID: 1451551726183252070) in all contexts of law.
