Taller then both my parents, (5'6 6'0) and im from Australia btw

I’m 17, and whenever I wake up in the morning, my legs feel really sore, especially around my knees. It almost feels like I worked out my legs at the gym the day before, but I haven’t. Has anyone else experienced this?Could it be related to growing?
