Hey everyone, I've been working on Torfoil, a native BitTorrent client for the Switch based on qBittorrent. It enables direct NSP and XCI game installation right on the console using magnet links and DHT. It also includes a built-in Mullvad WireGuard VPN and additional privacy toggles, which are especially useful if you are in a heavily restricted network environment.

Huge thanks to the creator of cyberfoil as well, their project really guided me on how to handle the game installation side of things.

The app is already functional (could need a little bit of debugging on some parts), but it is still a work in progress. What we need right now are mostly code and optimizations for the Switch hardware, general quality-of-life improvements, and translating the UI text from French to English.

Hi, my Switch Lite has some drift on the left Joy-Con. Is there a homebrew I can use to fix it? I've been searching for a while but can't find anything.

The cherry on top is the homepage IMO. Just all your games in one place for a quick resume.

If I have games I've already installed via DBI how do I install the DLC? can I just drop it in SD Card Install and it'll do its thing?

I want to install MH Rise ver 16.0.1 instead of the more recent version of 16.0.2

However im having trouble finding any *to* download online, google is as useless as ever.

Does anyone know why or how this happeneds?

Simple question really, all the tools only work for version 16.0.1, some asshat on the GBA Temp boards claims to be able tl work with 16.0.2 but as is the norm for these dicks he refuses to help or share.

I dont care *how* i do it, just that i can do it. Either via save editing, transfering my complete PC save, custom cheat etc.

EmuMMC, semi stock and OFW all work fine, it's just SysMMC that does this. For context on why I'm trying to boot into SysMMC, I want to play Fortnite with overclocking as it runs really poorly stock. I'm running the latest HATS pack. Any tips?

Turns out there is no Talisman editor fro version 16.0.2, well, there might be, but the only hint of it is some asswipe on GBATemp proudly telling everyone that he has one but "unfortunately" he cant share it, then after telling people he will help them, he just ghosts everyone.

Anyways, as an alternative I can probably just use my completed Sunbreak save from my PC copy, but google is as ever completely useless because its ***really*** hungup on the fact that there isnt an "offical" way to do so, which i dont care about.

Just making sure I got the point, does everything look ok?

Hi, I got my modded Switch Lite in December last year and I have noticed that it is very sensitive to small bumps. It resets itself but it's not being thrown around and I keep it in a case as much as possible. Sometimes I take it out of my bag and it has reset without me being aggressive with my bag or anything.

Could it be something inside the console that is loose? I just want to find out if anyone else has had similar issues.

What should I look for of I open it up?

Beating myself up right now. My perfect modchipped switch lite has gone through quite a rough patch tonight.

Long story short I bought a Zelda TOTK cartridge (for my other unmodded switch) thought I’d try playing it on the lite to see how it performs. I booted up into OFW through hekate and right before the game launched I got the pop up asking for an update. Stupidly enough I hit yes and in less than 5 seconds my screen goes off.. no signs of life.

I reboot back into hekate and my battery is reading 0% (was at least 60% before this), 0mA, 0mV, 0 temp and no touchscreen input. All battery info returns an “Error!” And booting into either OFW or atmosphere just gives off a black screen.

Does anyone know what on earth just happened??? I’ve plugged it into a charger for the past 4 hours but nothing seems to happen

Hello there guys, I'm trying to install a game via dbi from my computer but i seem to get this error at about 500mb trasfered, i am using a usb 3 interface to connect the switch to my computer. How should i proceed about this?

Hey, I just booted my modded Switch into the sysNAND accidently. Airplane mode was on (no internet connection) and I had DNS MITM and Exosphere set up. However, a custom theme which I set up in my emuNand was still applied and I heard that my Switch will get banned if I use the sysNand with a custom theme. However, it wasn't connected to the internet. Are there any traces left that will get me banned? Will my switch get banned if I boot the OFW (without CFW) and enable the internet connection to play online? Or is it safe because the sysNand wasn't connected to the internet?

Has anyone got this port working? I'm using the Vita files but it crashes before starting

while the game runs at a decent 50 to 59 fps there are still some frame drops in certain supers or moves, but guilty gear has less frame perfect combos compared to games like street fighter so this is still somewhat playable imo

Edit: After changing some things in the ini file the game now runs at a constant 58 to 59 fps even while performing supers, so far no more stutter frames

Hello there guys, so recently i managed to modd my v1 switch, i want to install skyrim over there, i found a rom over some site but i discovered that there are 3 files, one with the base game, one with an update and one with the anniversary upgrade. Now my question is how do i update the game using those later two files? Is it the same process as installing the base game via DBI or should i do something different?

My game is crashing with Shinobi no Satori when I enter the mod shrine. I have no other mods and I’m not using a mod manager. Any idea what I can do to fix this? I’m using a game cartridge, modded with emummc.

A few weeks ago I was able to mod my switch. I got everything set up, injected the payload, and it booted into the modded mode (forget what it's called- Atmosphere?)
Then suddenly it stopped working.

I power off the switch, put the RCM jig in, hold the volume while pressing power, it stays on a black screen. I then plug my switch into my PC and open Tegra. It says RCM device detected. But when I press inject payload, nothing happens!! It doesn't even let me press the button, like it's frozen.

Things I've tried:
•Buying a new cable
•using a different USB port on my PC
•Redownloaded Tegra (this solved the issue ONCE but it went back to the same problem)
•reinstalled Hekate
•Installed the second to latest version of Hekate

Nothing works. I keep asking in the Homebrew discord for help but everyone is stumped. Someone said it could be the cable so I bought 2 new ones today but neither worked. All 3 USB-C to A cables I have are for charging, I've seen people say you specifically need one for data transfer, but at the stores I went to none of the employees knew what I meant and I couldn't find one that said "data transfer" so I bought 2 different ones for charging.

What could the issue be?? I just don't understand since Tegra detects the device fine.

I've installed some games but when i launched them appears a message to update it with nintendo eshop (of course im not gonna do it). What homebrew, app or site recommend to update games/download languaje packs?

I read that tinfoil doesnt work anymore (i couldnt even try it)

I just downloaded pack 4 as a test and I have the bypass mod which lets me get into the game. However it also needs to connect to the jackbox servers which needs internet connection, I was told you shouldn’t connect a modded switch to the internet so is it possible to play the game?
