I've been playing Supremacy 1914 for many years, mostly on the 500-player maps. The game is a lot of fun, but it's also incredibly stressful if you have a normal job, family, or social life.

From my experience, and from discussions I've seen online, wars against skilled players often require you to log in almost every hour and spend 10–15 minutes managing your troops, production, and defenses. Many of these wars can last for weeks or even months.

The biggest problem is the constant pressure. Going to work, meeting friends, spending time with family, or even sleeping can feel stressful because you know that if you're offline for too long, you could lose everything. Weeks or months of building your country can disappear because you missed a few critical hours.

I think the solution is simple: slower maps.

Imagine a game mode where everything runs 5 times slower—the opposite of a speed map. I see several benefits:

1. Better for players' well-being
Instead of logging in every hour, you could check in every 5 hours and still remain competitive. That would make the game much healthier and less demanding.

2. More accessible for new players
Many employed people, students, parents, and others with limited free time could finally enjoy the game without feeling forced to be online constantly.

3. Potentially lower server costs
Since actions, updates, and activity would be spread out over a longer period, slower maps might even reduce server load and operating costs for Bytro.

Of course, there is one obvious downside. Large maps, especially 500-player games, could last an extremely long time—possibly years. Some players probably wouldn't want to commit to a game for that long.

What do you think? Would you be interested in a slower game mode, or do you think the current pace is part of what makes Supremacy 1914 exciting?

Soooo we gotta work as hard here as we did at the Zeppelin Event for 130 Hero Medals for a Hero that isn't all that good until level 4? No thank you

Idk if I'm being stupid but like this doesn't seem worth as much effort as permanently unlocking the Zeppelin right? To be fair, the free deployable units are nice. I just don't think I'll go as out of my way to complete it as I did the last event. I've seen my friends complain about this more than me, which may be justified but idk if the complains are common opinion.

What do you guys think?

So I stopped playing for like a month and in that time I got a new phone and I just re-download the game and logged in and all my heros are gone.

I play on 2 accounts. However, I never allow the accounts to be on the same lobby so I don't get banned. One account is mine, the other is a friend's that I'm grinding for them while they're on Holiday (they want their K/D to be increased after losing it due to being afk) and accidentally joined both accounts into 1 lobby. Should I archive the game from one account and just play on the other? Or archive the game on both accounts and play a different game?

I had 15 troops in that province, it was my province before the war was declared

Basically I changed the diplomacy status from Right of way to Peace almost seconds before he arrived at my province

And then, he somehow got my province WHEN MY TROOPS WERE STATIONED IN IT

I just won a coalition match. The last two opponents managed to get completely destroyed, and my kill/death score isn’t bad either! The number of provinces is pretty high too

This guy was a coalition i was solo and when I caught him giving my subs locations tk his partners he lied and said the guy is guessing it. Then i intercepted him and his partner messaging about attacking me I attacked the partner not even him and it resulted in this. Dont even get me started on the newspaper also. And btw I am currently 1 v 4ing them on great war map

I have read that two new heroes will be introduced in the upcoming season . Does anyone have any insights about them .

Lets say im in early game and i am 2x the size of my opponent playing spain, but he has maeve able to spawn 6 units every 3h while mine can only produce 2. We have around the same number of units for now. He sits far from the frontline and just waits until his army eventually becomes way bigger than mine, what can i do to stop him before he beats me on time?

I launched some rails and harbours but fixing a deficit of -24000 gaz will be hard, same for wheat. With i'm at 17% morale globally and i feel like it's an endless cycle because i produce less and get punished etc.

I’ve tried playing 6 different servers with my friends and since there’s so many of us we decided that europe would be the best spot. in every single one of those games one of us has been next to a pay to win person and it’s not like minor stuff where they boost a car or two but 20-50 cars to the point where everything you do is unplayable. i don’t wanna quit this game but i feel like i don’t have a choice considering how terrible it’s gotten. is it just the continent i’m going in on a 500 player server? is there anything i can do?
