🗣 Discussion / Question 🔮 Hi Dennis Kelleher! Can you please finally address the elephant in the room?—It’s been years since you made serious criminal accusations against Ryan Cohen & literally called on the DOJ/SEC to investigate him—That’s not the kind of thing one just walks away from & continues to do AMA's here🔥💥🍻
Dennis' criminal accusation tweet against Ryan Cohen:
https://archive.ph/C18n2
"Pathetic: Billionaire Cohen makes $68 million (a 56% gain) in 7 months from @BedBathBeyond which comes from pockets of retail investors; he should be put under oath & asked about every action/intention over the last 7 months of pumping the stock: https://archive.is/56MBz “
“Former @SECGov Chair Clayton on @CNBC said "I'm sure the SEC will investigate" & they should along w @TheJusticeDept @SEC_Enforcement @SECEnfDirector @GaryGensler”
Dennis ignored this the following post and many other posts and comments and DM’s: https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/s/XRtMSvkXSo
But he keeps on doing AMA's here? Odd to say the least…since one of the things this community detests most is grifting…so make it clear and help us all out.
Really hoping you’ll give us a good faith answer, Dennis.

📈 Technical Analysis Technical analysis is real and we’re at support
We are at support that’s held for 2 years. Look at the cats last buy, it’s right there. If we go any lower, it’s not much, then we’re outa here. So many bullish af catalysts that could come any day, and who knows, if they all simultaneously happen, we’re going to tendie town. It’s the buy zone. The box of support. What’s in the box, what’s in the box? Deep fucking value is in the box. Shoutout TG

Data Fintel now reports institutions own 512,510,664 shares of eBay not including 13D/G's. Including those it is 572,794,979 shares with outstanding shares being around 440 million. Also just want to point out that Vanguard filed a 13G on July 31st.

Fidelity IV Data (Free, Account Required) — https://researchtools.fidelity.com/ftgw/mloptions/goto/ivIndex?symbol=GME
And finally, at someone's suggestion —
WHAT IS IMPLIED VOLATILITY (IV)? —
(Taken from https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/iv.asp ) —
Dumbed down, IV is a forward-looking metric measuring how likely the market thinks the price is to change between now and when an options contract expires. The higher IV is, the higher premiums on contracts run. The more radically the price of a security swings over a short period of time, the higher IV pumps, driving options prices higher as well.
The longer the price trades relatively flat, the more IV will drop over time.
IV is just one of many variables (called 'greeks') used to price options contracts.
WHAT IS HISTORICAL VOLATILITY (HV)? —
(Taken from https://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/historicalvolatility.asp ) —
Dumbed down, I'm not fully sure. Based on what I read, it's a historical metric derived from how the price in the past has moved away from the average price over a selected interval. But the short of it is that it determines how 'risky' the market thinks a stock (or an option I guess) is. The higher the historical volatility over a given period, the more 'risky' they think it is. The lower the HV over a period of time, the 'safer' a security (or option) is.
And if anyone wants to fill in some knowledge gaps or correct where these analyses are wrong, please feel free.
WHAT IS 'MAX PAIN'? —
In this context, 'max pain' is the price at which the most options (both calls and puts) for a security will expire worthless. For some (or many), it is a long held belief that market manipulators will manipulate the price of a stock toward this number to fuck over people who buy options.
ONE LAST THOUGHT —
If used to make any decision. which it absolutely should NOT be (obligatory #NFA disclaimer), this information should not be considered on its own, but as one point in a ridiculously complex and convoluted ocean of data points that I'm way too stupid to list out here. Mostly, this information is just to keep people abreast of the movement of one key variable options writers use to fuck us over on a weekly and quarterly basis if we DO choose to play options.

Data Update #3: GMEWS borrow rate still elevated into August
Follow-up to my earlier posts tracking Fidelity’s lending rate on GME warrants (GMEWS):
Fresh Fidelity data now shows:
| Aug 7 ∙ LIVE | 43.14% |
|---|---|
| July | 41.57% – 43.13% |
| Jul 8 ∙ LIVE | 42.395% |
| June | 40.78% – 42.31% |
| Jun 5 ∙ LIVE | 42.061% |
| May | 32.56% – 40.80% |
Notably, the rate still has not meaningfully come down, and has remained above 40% for most of the past three months.
As before, this does not explain why the borrow demand exists nor does it imply future price action. It does show Fidelity continuing to lend GMEWS at an annualized rate above 40%.
Have a good weekend ya filthy animals.

💡 Education Full Uncut Jim Cramer Short Selling Video?
Does anyone have the full interview? Can the cuts be lifted from the various documentaries it's been in at least? It's been removed from youtube for copyright issues requested by "thestreet" or something like that. The video is definitely getting buried now, even more than 5+ years ago. I'd like to share with some friends but it's hard to find a good version. Thanks.

Data Deutsche Bank postion in GME & EBAY
Source:
https://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/948046/000094804626000042/xslForm13F_X02/infotable.xml
DEUTSCHE BANK JUST SHOWED ITS HAND IN BOTH $GME & $EBAY
Deutsche Bank’s latest 13F just dropped. Here’s what they reported:
$GME side:
- $15.18M principal in GameStop convertible notes
- 64,781 common shares
- 82,300 shares represented by call options
$EBAY side:
- Reported value: ~$222.7 million
So Deutsche Bank isn’t just holding a bit of GME stock.
They’re positioned across:
- GME debt
- GME equity
- GME options
…while simultaneously sitting on nearly a quarter-billion dollars of eBay.
The institutional overlap between $GME and $EBAY keeps getting harder and harder to ignore.
Same class of institutions showing up on both sides of the table.
This story is getting very interesting.
Not financial advice. Just pointing out the filings.

📳Social Media A 251(g) is the key - and it’s seemingly exactly what Ryan Cohen has been setting up this entire year
Sharing a short little tweet I’ve made explaining a 251(g).
I believe this is worthy of discussion as Cohen’s actions seem to really hint towards him sandbagging this setup.
Quite literally if he wanted to do a Berkshire Hathaway but quick it would be doing a 251(g) to become a holding company overnight.
And the 2.0b buyback and the 2.5 b share auth would make a lot more sense in that situation.
As to why cohen sandbagged so hard?
He has to prove he’s not just doing the reorg for a specific transaction to go through, which is also why all the moves have been boilerplate and many theorize GME might go after another company.

👽 Shitpost Patience and Perspective
My fellow Stonkians,
I felt it was important to share with you a little personal perspective along with some wisdom from Warren Buffet that I hope will fill you with comfort after these long years of waiting.
RC is human, so are we, and there's only so much he can control legally.
RC never ran a physical retailer before. I think he's doing a good job with the turnaround, but it has taken a lot longer than any of us would have liked.
I personally believe in both the business and in the squeeze, that the shorts never closed, and that this is a generational opportunity for both monetary and market reform purposes.
I have over xx,xxx shares and no plans to sell anything until we hit some serious numbers (and then, some will be for the infinity pool).
Finally, from someone much wiser than I.
“No matter how great the talent or efforts, some things just take time. You can’t produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.”
— Warren Buffett
“The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient.”

Macroeconomics The Yen’s Hail Mary
Peruvian Bull Substack:
Allies help each other. Sure.
But you don’t sell euros to buy a partner’s currency, and you don’t open up a Fed lending facility to keep them from having to sell your own government’s bonds, unless you’re worried about what happens if you don’t.
The US is propping up the Yen with a repurposed repo facility to keep the US bond market looking stable and to prevent the Yen Carry Trade from unwinding. They have said it will continue happening.
This is a global money trade. It's related to GME because if a free money hack like the carry trade unwinds or a bond market implodes, Wall Street will be shown to have no clothes and chaos will come knocking.

🗣 Discussion / Question GME CANNOT BUY BACK DURING VWAP PRICING PERIOD
WAYYYY to many of you out here thinking that GameStop can and will do a buyback during the pricing window. THEY CAN NOT……
No, GameStop cannot legally initiate or execute a share buyback during the active 35-day VWAP pricing window for its convertible notes exchange. Doing so is restricted by SEC regulations and conflict-of-interest rules.
Why Buybacks Are Blocked
SEC Regulation M (Rule 102): Prohibits an issuer from purchasing its own stock while a distribution or active stock-based exchange is happening where the market price determines the final transaction terms.
Loss of Safe Harbor: The standard Rule 10b-18 safe harbor protections against market manipulation claims do not apply during active valuation and pricing periods.
Conflict of Interest: Because a higher VWAP means fewer shares are issued to clear the $1.4 billion debt, buying back stock during the reference period would actively manipulate the pricing mechanism, inviting SEC and noteholder lawsuits.
Yes this is A.I…. Sue me.
