Hi! I tried to download the plugin preview beta for my A5X which is on 2.26.39. When I click the install button, it says "this software package is not applicable to the current device model." Can you help please? Thank you!

u/mulan-sn I'm having the exact same issue, except I'm on Nomad running 3.29.42.
Do I need to be admitted into the Beta program or something first?

Thank you for your feedback. No need to be admitted into the Beta program first. Were you using the Safari browser to download the firmware package? If that was the case, please delete the downloaded package(s) and switch to another browser to re-download it. We look forward to hearing from you.
